MOAR of those chibi things.

This is ~Ni-Si's evil magician Yucatan... who was supposed to pose while summoning some chibified ice spell. Which - given in my hands - turned into a really awkward and ridiculous snowflake.
NOW the dragon actually has a reason to laugh, haha. (He was laughing/ranting originally too, so that kinda fits)
